OnePlus are set to unveil their highly anticipated budget phone today via an Augmented Reality event that you can enjoy via the comfort of your own home (or office). This AR event is set to start today at 3pm UK time and whilst the OnePlus Nord will undoubtedly be the star of the show, we’re also expecting OnePlus to announce their first truly wireless earbuds that were recently teased by company co-founder Carl Pei in an MKBHD video.
To join and watch the first official look at the OnePlus Nord, you’ll need an AR capable device (you can check the list of compatible phones here) and the OnePlus Nord AR app for either Android or iOS. Then it’s just a case of waiting until 3pm this afternoon, getting comfy and watching the event unfold in front of your eyes!
We’re expecting the OnePlus Nord to be a return to the companies roots in many ways with a competitive, well built phone at an aggressive price point. There’s been strong rumours suggesting that the Oneplus Nord will feature a 90HZ display and a 5G chipset but we’ll have to wait a few more hours until we have official confirmation.
