After waiting for what seems like an eternity, Google have finally launched their updated Pixel Buds and they’ve been well received amongst the journalists across the pond! That’s the good news. The bad news is that they’re only available in the US at launch for $179, with the Made by Google Twitter account confirming the international roll out is due in the coming months.
Replying to a tweet from @M1mass asking why the new Pixel Buds aren’t available to buy in the UK, Made by Google replied with the following:
Yes, that’s right, we may have to wait MONTHS for the new Pixel buds to land on UK shores, something that we also had to endure with the original Chromecast and Google Home devices years ago. I thought these staggered releases were a thing of the past, but maybe the global pandemic had a part to play in this one.
